Senior Sales Negotiator


We are currently recruiting on behalf of one of the UK’s leading estate agents, for a Senior Sales Negotiator to join their small and dedicated team based in Wallasey. This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Sales Negotiator to join a highly regarded, independently owned but national brand who have seen their business grow rapidly since opening their first branch 30 years ago. As Senior Sales Negotiator, you will have the drive and determination to succeed in a busy marketplace and will have experience of carrying out market appraisals and taking instructions to bring new properties on to the market. The office based in Wallasey is a sales branch so the successful candidate must have an excellent understanding of Estate Agency sales process and a proven track record in successfully selling property to a good level. A professional approach to this role is vital, as is the ability to liaise with buyers and sellers, solicitors and other professionals. On offer for the successful Senior Sales Negotiator is a competitive salary and great earning potential.


Responsibilities:


  • Working closely with the team, sharing information to secure additional business
  • Registering sellers, booking in valuations and preparing suitable comparables for the valuer
  • Registering buyers and matching them to available properties
  • Negotiating property sales and liaising between purchasers and vendors
  • Keeping a close eye on the local market, noticing any changes and recognising opportunities
  • Be smart and well presented at all times, pay a high level of attention to detail
  • Carrying out accompanied viewings with purchasers and tenants
  • Being part of an enthusiastic and driven team, working towards common goals
  • Recommending other products, including conveyancing and mortgage services.


Required skills:


  • 2 years’ experience within an Estate Agency is required, ideally at a senior level
  • Ambitious and sales focused with Strong negotiation skills
  • Computer literate with experience of Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Ambitious, reliable, trustworthy and act with integrity
  • A willingness to go the extra mile
  • Passionate about people and property
  • Ability to work to target
  • A Team Player, but with individual flair
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • MUST have your own vehicle to use whilst at work
