We are working with a trusted outsourced energy broker based in Chester who are looking for a hard-working and motivated Sales Support Administrator to join their team and help them achieve their ambitious goals for 2020. You will serve to resolve their customers contract and billing queries by liaising with their suppliers and provide pricing and contract fulfilment support for their sales agents. As Sales Support Administrator you will be diligent, able to work under pressure and understand the importance of exceptional customer service. If you have excellent organisational and time-management skills and draw energy from being part of an ambitious and growing team, this role would be perfect for you. Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to high quality customer service and achieve targets.
