Sales Support Administrator

We are working with a trusted outsourced energy broker based in Chester who are looking for a hard-working and motivated Sales Support Administrator to join their team and help them achieve their ambitious goals for 2020. You will serve to resolve their customers contract and billing queries by liaising with their suppliers and provide pricing and contract fulfilment support for their sales agents. As Sales Support Administrator you will be diligent, able to work under pressure and understand the importance of exceptional customer service. If you have excellent organisational and time-management skills and draw energy from being part of an ambitious and growing team, this role would be perfect for you. Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to high quality customer service and achieve targets. Role:

Using your excellent customer service skills, you will serve to resolve customers contract and billing queries by liaising with suppliers and provide pricing and contract fulfilment support for sales agents. You will process orders with suppliers and communicate important feedback on supplier products to the sales team.


Responsibilities:

  • Process pricing requests from sales agents
  • Negotiate prices with the suppliers and prepare quotes for sales agents
  • Process orders with the suppliers
  • Check data accuracy in supplier pricing offers, quotes and contract documents
  • Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
  • Liaise with the suppliers to ensure orders are processed correctly and on time
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records in the CRM
  • Manage termination notices with suppliers
  • Successfully onboard customers on the portal
  • Communicate with customers to understand their support ticket requests and liaise with suppliers to resolve them
  • Communicate important feedback on supplier products to the sales team
  • Ensure a high live rate of contracts with minimal drop-out or cancelled orders
  • Stay up to date with new supplier products and energy related news

 

Requirements:

  • Energy experience would be preferable but not essential
  • Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office or similar (MS Excel in particular)
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
  • A team player with high level of dedication
  • An eye for detail
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines
  • Exceptional communication skills
