Telemarketing Executive

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and pro-active Telemarketing Executive to join our client who are a growing automotive company based in Chester. The Telemarketing Executive will play a key part in dealing with potential customers whilst working within a great team environment. As Telemarketing Executive, you will be contacting customers from the database and qualifying, assisting and converting them into active customers. You will have a pro-active, professional and tenacious approach to build and strengthen relationships with dealers.

The Telemarketing Executive role involves contacting customers from our database and qualifying, assisting and converting them into active customers. You will be given corporate sales training and have the opportunity to progress within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Using regional and national media to identify new additional prospects.
  • Gathering intel about the prospect.
  • Using prospect intel to manage requirements to our solutions.
  • Manage the new relationship up to a point of transfer the prospect to the active team.
  • Nurturing that prospect to a point of making them ‘active’.
  • To contact customers on the sales database, qualify and update in the CRM system.
  • Liaising with customers by telephone in a confident manner.
  • Ensuring information is communicated quickly and accurately.
  • Maintenance of customer records.
  • Checking the accuracy of documentation.

Must Haves...

  • Excellent telephone skills.
  • Experience with a telesales or telemarketing background.
  • Experience within an account management / customer service role.
  • Good with people and developing relationships.
  • Excellent IT skills including been proficient in Excel and Outlook.
  • Reliable and self driven.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Interest in Cars would be useful but not essential.
  • Good investigative skills and ability to resolve problems.
  • A flexible approach to meet the demands of the business.
  • Resourceful and a good decision-maker.
  • Professional approach with good presentation skills.
