Inside Sales Manager

Our client who are the global authority on social media risk are looking for an experienced and driven Inside Sales Manager to join their rapidly growing team based in Leeds. As Inside Sales Manager you will be responsible for managing the Inside Sales team and delivering against its targets. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and commercially aware Sales Manager who is passionate about delivering targets. Our client is offering a competitive starting salary, attractive bonus (OTE £50k), 25 days holiday, pension, healthcare and childcare vouchers.

The Role:

Our client are recruiting for a driven and highly skilled Inside Sales Manager to join its growing Sales function in the UK. Working closely with the Head of Marketing & VP of Sales, you will be responsible for managing the Inside Sales team and delivering against its targets. Motivating your team to help deliver the best online safety to the biggest global brands in the world, you will identify new sales opportunities within existing and future market segments.

Our mission is to protect Global Brands, children and social platforms from Social Media risk. We are a high growth company that already works with and protects the world’s biggest brands and social platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Driving high-performance with day to day management of the inside sales function including regular one-to-ones with each team member
  • Deliver Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly reports on Inside Sales performance with commentary around KPIs & achievements
  • Relay Inside Sales performance to management through Sales & Marketing performance meetings
  • Assist the Sales Enablement Manager with the development of the Inside Sales team
  • Be a champion of our sales systems and processes, ensuring a high level of data quality within the CRM
  • Achieve qualification & meeting lead generation targets (as a minimum)

The Candidate:

  • 5+ years of sales management experience gained within a B2B sales team
  • Commercial awareness and acumen, with the ability to forecast, adapt to change, identify requirements and create process improvements
  • Target driven
  • Organisational and planning skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent listening and communication skills
