Senior Administrator

This is an exciting and challenging new opportunity for an experienced Senior Administrator to join a small and well-established business that offer network and cyber security solutions to their clients nationwide. This is a newly created role to support our client as they continue to grow. As Senior Administrator you will be responsible for ensuring administration and operations processes are carried out smoothly and effectively whilst supporting both directors across all areas of the business as required. As Senior Administrator, you will be the main point of contact, being responsible for ensuring administration and operations processes are carried out smoothly and effectively whilst supporting both directors across all areas of the business as required.

The successful candidate will have worked in a similar position, be able to demonstrate excellent administration, operations, sales and client relationship skills, with the ability to organise an extremely busy, varied and demanding workload.

The Job:

  • Responsibility for all business administration and support
  • First point of contact, dealing with and directing enquiries as necessary
  • Client administration, updating and maintaining CRM system
  • Creating and sending out business proposals and quotes
  • Following up on potential sales opportunities, previous enquiries and client meetings
  • Booking client visits and appointments for directors
  • PA Support to Directors
  • Diary and email management
  • Day to day running of the office and co-ordination of policies & procedures
  • Marketing activity to include email campaigns and social media
  • Basic account administration and chasing outstanding payments
  • Attend networking events and business fayres to promote services and build long term relationships
  • Developing and enhancing the company brand in the marketplace - maximising the client experience

The Candidate:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role, comprising some elements of Operations, Marketing, Sales and Business Admin
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal and outstanding telephone skills
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task
  • Proactive approach, with the ability to manage own workload and prioritise effectively
  • Excellent IT skills and high attention to detail
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a small team
  • Ability to influence others
  • Efficient in all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • A positive and tenacious attitude and an unyielding passion for success
